I own a 2012 Suzuki Burgman 650 and just had tires installed on it. I never knew how much difference it would make; it almosts drives itself. Mike at Service is Second to none; he took the time to explain the difference and I got great tires and a great price. SETH is great in service and makes sure the customer is taken care of. Charlotte and Troy do great in the front. I drive 46 miles and won't let anyone touch my Burgman from Basic Service to what ever. I want Suzuki to do all.Thomas | Otto, AR
"5 Stars, Friend, Over several years I have purchased Several Burgmans; Suzuki Cruiser C109RT and Suzuki King Quad 700 4X4 and recently purchased a Kawaski Bayou 240 4X4. I have had a lot of knees and hips and other surgery and cold not shift the 4X4. Troy told me about a great product that lets you shift from up top by hand. GREAT PRODUCT. Great for ladies, or anyone like me with replaced knees or feet problem. Highly Recommend this to all. I purchased a Suzuki C109RT 1800 (2009) and had a great time with it. I purchased a Suzuki Burgman 650 (2012) Executive Version with ABS and all the bells and whistles and loving it. I have personally dealt with the Finance Wizard (MS. Charlotte) very professional and attractive I might add. I have personally dealt with the parts man and he knows his stuff. I had a pleasure to deal with. The service department is tops above all and easy to talk and deal with. Troy is great to deal with, treats everyone like he would like to be treated. "Last week I took a mini-vacation with my family to Mena, AR to camp and ride 4-wheeler's. My two Suzuki 4 wheeler's needed petcocks that were bad due to setting up a few months with ethanol fuel. I could not find any in the Memphis area, but I called Mike and he had them in stock at Reynolds. We planned to pick up the parts from Mike on the way to Mena. We made the 3 hour drive to Little Rock. Mike was very cordial and had the parts I needed which he had held for me. But then there was a problem with my bank debit card and it would not go through. I got on my cell phone with the bank and could not get it resolved. It would take a day or two for the error to credit back into our account. My wife and kids were with me and I could sense their disappointment along with me that our vacation was ruined. We did not know what we were going to do. Troy Reynolds evidently overheard me on my phone and approached me. He worked it out with us that we could get our parts and continue on our vacation. The 4 wheeler's ran flawlessly in the Ozarks and we had the best time thanks to Troy and Mike. People helping people out like this is so rare now days. I will never forget the courtesy and professionalism shown to me by Doug Reynolds Suzuki. I will certainly drive back to Little Rock to do more business with those guys. After a two week ordeal with the unknown cause, their expert team fixed my bike to its original new condition.
